we have installed myChat 2025.1.0.0 on a Datalogic Memor K with Android 9 with kernel 4.9.117 but afetr open all immediatly crash.

Can we solve it?

A new update for Google Play is currently under review and should be available today or tomorrow. We’ve made some changes that could potentially fix the app crash. If the issue persists, we’ve added extended logging to the problematic part of the code, which will help us resolve the error.

I checked your new crash report, this time the error is different and that is a good sign. The investigation process is harder because of the specifics of your device. An update with a fix for the new error will be out in a few days.

we have this issue: when an Memor (android) user write a message into group after another user the messge seem sent fron the previous user.
Seem the application not recognized the UID

Other device are in use in the firm, and in this moment I cannot use them

Please, enable traffic logging in MyChat Messenger settings, try to reproduce this issue and provide logs again.

we disabled the PUSH-notifications and now all work well.
