The default behavior for being notified of new chats (sound + small pop up screen on the right side of the screen) seems more than appropriate for someone actually doing permanent or semi-permanent work in front of a PC screen.

However, for our use this is not good enough. People are not always in front of the screen, sometimes there is noise, etc.

For our use, it would be best if the main screen would pop-up on the screen. Is this behavior customizable ?
