What license do you need?

Calculate the maximum number of concurrent connections to the server. There are no limitations for the number of registered users. You only purchase the license for concurrent connections.

 

All licenses are multiples of 10. You can purchase the server for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 connections.


Connections to Admin Panel, Kanban board, internal forum and WEB chat are counted too. For example, if you are connected to chat on Windows, iPhone, and open Kanban, and forum — that all considered as 1 online user. There is no limitation on maximum connections like in WhatsApp.


What to do if the current license is not enough?

You need to purchase more connections. The number is also must be multiple of 10. The licenses are summed up.

 

What about updates?

It's mandatory. After you purchase the server you get one year of free updates. After this period you can subscribe for updates or the server will be blocked and the program switches to "read-only" mode. Notice, that it is more expensive to retrieve expired license. It is better to update on time to any period from 1 to 5 years.
