MyChat has a command line in the system window where you can enter text console commands. The letter case does not matter; commands can be with small and big letters. You  can open console by selecting the tab "Conferences" and pressing the button Открыть текстовыю консоль MyChat Client, or by combination "Ctrl+~":

Some commands are available for all users, and some require special administrative rights. 

You can also run console commands directly from the chat, in the text input field. To do this, start writing the command with the forward slash symbol (/command).
