MyChat rights: "Conferences", "Complete deletion of message history"

A rule for allowing complete history deletion in conferences. This feature was added in MyChat 2025.4.

History is deleted completely on the server and all client applications, no recovery possible.

By default this rule is enabled for administrator groups only.
