Error #0241: your MAC address is blocked

 

Error description

The server denied connection because your MAC address.

 

Problem solution

To connect to the server you need to remove your MAC address from the list of blocked addresses in Admin Panel, the tool "Filters", "MAC filters".

 

You can see your MAC address by using Windows console command "ipconfig/all". Or in MyChat Client log file (Ctrl+`, the command "logs", protocol file "mcserv.log"). After the program restart you'll see the following lines:

 

[23:58:10] Application started. Version 2025.3.6.17 / 09.06.2025, database version: 47

[23:58:10] OS version: Windows 11 (Version 11.0, Build 26100, 64-bit Edition)
