An error occurred when getting an image thumbnail on the server.

wrong folder for storing file thumbnails;

source image file unavailable.

 

Problem solution

If you receives such error, then there are some issues with a computer where MyChat Server is running.

 

  1. Check the disk for errors (scandisk).
  2. Make sure that MyChat Server and his WEB Server NodeJS are not blocked by antiviruses and firewalls.
  3. Make sure that you do not have running applications that can block MyChat Server files (C:\ProgramData\MyChat Server\files\).
  4. If you work with MyChat Server directly via the open protocol, then make sure that you specify correct values for getting thumbnails.
