Error #0215: authorization error, invalid token

 

Error description

Authorization denied due to the wrong or non-existent token.

 

Problem solution

There can be two issues:

 

  1. You are trying to enter the chat, Kanban board, intranet forum, or Admin Panel by using outdated one-time token that was probably used and destroyed already. In this case you need to make another entrance to the service from the application.

 

  1. You are using VPN or proxy in a browser. Then your client application will have one IP address for MyChat Server (and requests a token for it only); and a browser with opened MyChat Service will have another IP address. As IP address in bonded to a token, the system won't let you to the server. In this case you need to disable IP address control for tokens in the server settings, or do not use VPN/Proxy in a browser for MyChat Services.
