Error #0177: not enough rights to administer server

 

Error description

You do not have rights for remote management of MyChat Server via the WEB console

 

Problem Solution

Open a user's permission group in the section "Rights Control" -> "Permission groups" -> "Administration".


If you receive this message on Admin Panel, then enable the rule "Server management", or move a user to a group where this rule is enabled.


If you run an administrative console command from MyChat Client, then enable the rule "Remote server administration via MyChat Client console", or move a user to a group where this rule is enabled.
