A rule that allows deleting any messages in private chats, but only in your local database.


Purpose of this rule: you can delete a message on your device, but it remains on the server. If your laptop or phone gets stolen, they won't see important messages.


The program notifies about the fact that a message is only deleted in local history on your device, but remains on the server and your subscriber's history.
