How to check chat logs between users in MyChat?

Any questions about MyChat: installation, tuning, licensing etc.

Hi,

We're using MyChat for communication at our company, and I am wondering if there is an option to check the chat logs/message history between users. Mainly we want to monitor any and all attachments like images, files, etc that users exchange.

Hello, Jerlyn!
You can do it on MyChat Server -> "Tools" -> "Logs", and choose any log type you want to check.

Hi Alona,

Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction. However when I checked the logs, I am not able to load it on my browser. I have attached the screenshot.

On the screenshot, you choose the period of 1 day. Are you sure these two users have messaged each other? Try selecting the period for 1 week (including today) and see if messages for today are visible.
