Hi,

Have been using product for over a year and quite happy with performance.
Still Android app needs improvement as nowasyays you use it more often that pc's.
First of all , when you do update for a new version it stopps connecting to server and everyone are hang till new update of server is installed as it is not compatiable any more. Autoupdate for server option would help.
Secondly the ssl encryption tick box on android is not recovering if restarting server or mobile handset. It needs manual check again to connect. It would be better to have this in more stable like in settings or something rather that tick box as it is quite crucial for security nowadays. Next part relates to video calls.
Issue is that when someone is calling you and you choose / tap other app or other option on handset, there is no way to see where that incoming call is when regoing ( re-opening MyChat app ). It is ringing but cannot see that screen to answer if not picked up straight away when it is incoming. You have to disconnect and call again.
Also once you have a video running, the small window when you see yourself could be movable so can move it to other part of screen. Currently it seats on bottom and sometimes hides other side of caller. Also unable to send files or pictures once on video - you have to disconnect before sending any files or do any activities really. Also quite often when trying to send larger file size it fails almost all the time. It would be nice to have option to set max attachment / file transfer between clients, but first it needs to deliver it sucessfully. Also would improve attaching video files as it is failing every time if used that option.

Hope that will help to make it perfect and apology for moaning but think it is needed.

Much of what you have said is already being improving. We are currently working on a mechanism to update the application from the server.
Regarding media calls, we have already discussed changes to improve calls (these changes will include your suggestions as well).

For now, you can disable auto updates specifically for MyChat Messenger. Open Play Market on your phone, go to MyChat Messenger page, open menu in the right top corner of the page and disable the option "Enable auto update":

Regarding calls, have you opened the UDP ports range 49000-49200?

These ports are very important.
