mobile application crashes after calling from one to another user on android platform.

Hello,
i am facing issue with mychat client on mobile. the app is crashing while do voice call from one phone to another.
please give suggestion/solution on this.

Hello!
Can you check if the app has permission to access the camera/microphone?

Yes, i have given all over permission to my chat on android phone. there is other user using ios. while calling from ios platform, it is showing connected and call timer is on. but on other side, on android, it is still showing connecting (with playing connecting sound).

Please, check if you configured port mapping on ports for media calls:
