DeleteFile Failed; Code 5 error in MyChat Client for Windows

I few of my clients received this message this morning (see attached screenshot). What is MyChat trying to delete?

What operation user made for this?
Do you have a bug report file on the client worstation?
"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\MyChat Client\logs\*.el"

They just logged in to their PC and the popup showed up. MyChat is configured to auto start when they login.
There is no .el log in the logs folder.

Maybe this info window shown by deinstaller, not MyChat? Can you check it?

Not sure exactly what you mean by deinstaller.

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\NSS\MyChat Client\unins000.exe
Or any similar tool, which the user can use on own computer.

I only saw it on three computers and all they did was to login to their PC and the popup showed up. They immediately called me to see the message. They did not have any other application opened. I'll let you know if it happens again.
