Ban is a punishment applied to a user in a chat for illegal actions. The restriction is applied for a period of time, after which it is automatically disabled by the server.


MyChat has two types of bans: "silence" (when you can read messages in a conference but are not allowed to write) and "join conference" (when the server prohibits you from joining a conference).


The ban is tied to the user's user ID (UIN).
